Return and refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that refunds are not allowed for non-defective items. Refunds will only be processed if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will process a full refund to your original payment method after inspection and approval.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the eligible item you have and place a separate order for the new product once the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are not permitted for non-defective items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and let you know whether your refund has been approved. Refunds will only be approved for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
